Kathleen Birner is a southern woman with a military family who spent her childhood traveling around the U.S.
She has always had a passion for beauty, and early on, set her goals on creating new and enchanting looks with precision and attention to detail.
In a small town in North Carolina, her clientele began to grow, and soon she was known as the "brow girl."
As a certified licensed esthetician, specializing in Lashes and Makeup Artistry, she took the big leap and decided to move to New York City. Leaving everything and everyone behind she set out to prove her work and make a name for herself!
Helping her on this big journey is her high school sweetheart, now husband, Michael and their dog child Wrangler. They are her greatest supporters, pushing her to fulfill her big dreams in the beauty industry!
Ellie Martinez grew up in the Dominican Republic, having been raised in a country where going to the beauty salon once a week was the norm, she soon took notice of the art that is the beauty industry. While growing up she always envisioned herself working in the cosmetic world with makeup being her main focus. Taking any opportunity to share her vision, she would offer her beauty services throughout high school and help in school dances and activities dabbling in theatrical makeup as well. Having a tremendous curiosity for makeup she began to take online courses to expand her knowledge and took on a mentor while closely working with Dominican fashion blogger, LaPeccataMinuta, Ellie was recruited as a beauty team member for the Dominican Soberano Awards and assisted in red carpet and backstage makeup for celebrities and dance crew. Shortly after, Ellie decided she needed to experience more and moved to New York City, where she honed her craft as a beauty advisor for Laura Mercier and received her Makeup Certificate in Beauty and Fashion. In a wonderful coincidence she was able to meet Christian and become an important part of the Christian Zamora Studio Team.
